The Suntree Automatic Changeover/Transfer Switch (ATS) Rail Mounted 63A is an intelligent electrical device designed to seamlessly transfer electrical loads between a primary power source (like the utility grid) and a backup power source (such as a generator or solar inverter) . It features a compact, space-efficient Din-Rail mounted design and includes an integrated Auto/Manual control toggle for override options.

Technical Specifications

The technical parameters differ slightly depending on the exact series (such as the LW2R, SQ8T, or SQ8W series), but the primary specifications for the 63A models include:

Feature	Specification Details
Rated Current	63 Amperes
Pole Configuration	Available in 2-Pole (Single Phase) or 4-Pole (Three Phase) versions
Insulation Voltage	AC 690V (50/60Hz)
Rated Operating Voltage	AC 230V for Single Phase / AC 400V for Three Phase
Transfer Time	≤ 3 seconds for CB class (LW2R/SQ8W) or <50 milliseconds for PC class (SQ8T)
Protection Grade	Available in CB Class (includes short-circuit & overload protection) or PC Class
Interlocking Mechanism	Mechanical and electrical interlocking to prevent simultaneous source connection

Suntree Automatic Changeover/Transfer Switch (ATS) Rail Mounted 63A Key Features & Functionality

Dual Power Management: Automatically switches to the secondary/backup power supply when the primary line experiences a power failure or voltage drop, and returns automatically when grid power stabilizes.
Safety & Protection: Equipped with open-phase, loss-of-voltage, and built-in overload/short-circuit protection (on CB-class models) to preserve downstream appliances.
Visual Status Indicators: Built-in LED indication lamps provide real-time updates on which power source is currently active.
Installation Design: Designed to fit standard 35mm Din-Rails inside distribution boards, lowering overall installation footprint and complexity
